This portal is provided for authorized Medical Directors, facility staff, and administrators to log and manage hours worked for CMS PBJ compliance purposes. You agree to use this system only for its intended purpose.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify the system administrator immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You certify that hours logged in this system are accurate to the best of your knowledge. Falsification of time records may result in account deactivation and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
